- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went on Sunday to get to my box. I waited over an hour. Not 1 employee there said anything to me. People at the teller window were coming and going. I was at the customer service desk. There were 6 people behind me, 3 left. I would have left but after waiting all that time I figured Id stay. The girl at the customer service desk spent too much time with the older lady. The lady was bickering over small change in her account. There were 3 employees there. This is totally unexcusable. This bank stinks.By Kelly Kerr, February 20, 2017
